A. Sea Herndon

Bio: A. Sea Herndon is an American poet, known for his mastery of a wide range of forms and styles, and his frequent blending of the mystical with the mundane and comical. He is the author of MASS & OTHER POEMS ABOUT HYDROCODONE, HERMENEUTICS, & HAMARTIA, and the book-length poem, STUDIUM RERUM PROFANARUM (also published as THE DARK BLACK BOOK OF VERSE). As a painter and aesthetic theorist, he is the author of THE TRIMURTIC MANIFESTO and A MANIFESTO OF THE AMERICAN STUCKISTS. As a songwriter, he has released numerous EPs and Albums in a variety of formats. He holds a Bachelor's and Master's degree from the University of Tulsa, where he studied English Language and Literature, as well as Classics. He is currently producing a film entitled, Easter. He is the older brother of visual artist and electronic composer, A. Nigh Herndon, with whom he frequently collaborates.
